This document establishes the rules that “Petko Petkov 24” OOD, with headquarters and management address in the city of Radnevo, 5 Tacho Daskalov Street, applies to the users of the website www.petkopetkov24.com.

What this document regulates

From May 25, 2018, the General Regulation of the European Union for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) began to be applied in Bulgaria. Its purpose is to guarantee the right to privacy of natural persons and to protect their personal data.

What data we use and why we use it

“Petko Petkov 24” OOD uses an external standard service from Google Analytics, with which it reports visits to the website, tracks the behavior of visitors to the site, and this becomes anonymous. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses your IP address, which in many cases may be shared with other users of your Internet provider.

On our site, you may be identified after entering any data by yourself in the feedback forms on the site, through which you send your inquiries or questions and recommendations to us. In order to respond to your messages, according to the new rules we need your express consent to send your data to us. For this purpose, before sending your messages, we ask you to agree to the sending.

“Petko Petkov 24” Ltd. uses the name and e-mail address you send only and solely for the purpose of responding to your messages.

We do not send e-mail newsletters with unsolicited commercial or other advertising messages, nor do we use your names or e-mail for any other purpose.

Art. 6. (1) These general conditions may be amended by “Petko Petkov 24” OOD at any time, and the company undertakes to publish and update the date of the document. Changes come into effect for all visitors of www.petkopetkov24.com from the moment of their publication.

VI. OTHER PROVISIONS

Art. 7. (1) The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to the unsettled issues in these general terms and conditions.

Art. 8. (1) These general terms and conditions enter into force for all visitors to www.petkopetkov24.com as of 14.05.2021.
